How to get a refund for a Steam purchase (Prime and more)

Steam lets you refund many purchases if you are within the time limits. This applies to CS2 Prime too.

The request is made within 14 days of purchase.
You have less than 2 hours of playtime with the product.
Money goes back to the original payment method or your Steam Wallet.

help.steampowered.com.Choose Purchases → the purchase you want.
Click I would like a refund and follow the steps.
Give a reason and choose the refund method.
⚠️ What cannot be refunded or is hard to refund
Items bought on the Steam Community Market — they are not refundable.
Keys and items that have already been used (for example, an opened case).
Purchases on an account banned for cheating.

Submit the request as soon as you realize you do not need the purchase.
Explain the reason clearly — requests are reviewed by people.
