The Steam Community Market is the official way to buy or sell CS2 skins for Steam Wallet funds.
💰 Fees
About 15% is taken from every sale:
5% — Steam fee;
10% — game fee (CS2).
For example, if a buyer pays $1.15, the seller gets about $1.00.
📌 Trading requirements
Steam Guard mobile authenticator enabled for at least 15 days.
An account without trade or community restrictions.
A completed Steam purchase (new accounts have limited trading).
⏳ Restrictions
Items you buy or get in a trade may be temporarily unavailable for trading or selling again.
Sale proceeds go to your Steam Wallet — you cannot withdraw them to a bank card through Steam.

Check the price history on the item page before buying.
Use a buy order instead of buying at the lowest listing — it is often cheaper.
Do not buy or sell skins through strangers "to avoid fees" — it is a common scam.
