Useful sv_cheats commands in CS2 for a local server

Commands requiring sv_cheats 1 work only on your local server — they are unavailable on official and other people's servers. They are practice tools, not cheats.

📋 What each one does

• god — god mode (type again to turn off).

• noclip — fly through walls.

• give weapon_ak47 — give yourself a weapon. Change the name: weapon_awp, weapon_deagle, weapon_m4a1.

• sv_showimpacts 1 — shows where bullets hit. Great for spray practice.

• host_timescale 0.5 — slows time down by half. host_timescale 1 restores normal speed.

• thirdperson / firstperson — third- and first-person view.

• kill — instantly kill your character (respawn in practice).

🎯 Useful for practice

• Learning recoil: sv_showimpacts 1 + spraying at a wall.

• Checking positions: noclip and thirdperson to see whether your model sticks out from cover.

⚠️ Important

Using these commands does not lead to a ban: they only work where sv_cheats is enabled, i.e. on your own server.
