CS2 minimizes by itself during play: how to fix

Notifications and pop-ups — messengers, antivirus, app updates.

Enable Do Not Disturb in Windows: Settings → System → Notifications.
Disable Xbox Game Bar: Settings → Gaming → Xbox Game Bar.
Close unnecessary tray programs before playing.
Check startup apps: Task Manager → Startup — disable what you do not need.
