How to play when you are alone against several enemies: time, sound, positioning and isolating duels.

A clutch is when you are the last player alive and several enemies remain. You can win by turning one fight against everyone into several 1v1 duels.

📌 The main principle

Isolate duels. Never peek two enemies at once. Find a position where only one can reach you at a time.

🔧 What to do

  • Check the time and the bomb. Decide what you need: plant, defuse or just run down the clock.

  • Listen. Footsteps, reloads and grenades tell you where the enemies are and how many there are.

  • Walk, so the enemies do not know where you are.

  • Reposition after every kill — the remaining enemies heard the shots.

  • Use utility to split enemies: a smoke cuts one off, a molotov delays another.

🎯 Mindset

  • Enemies often relax when they have numbers. That is your advantage.

  • Do the unexpected: a fake defuse, a site switch, a silent flank.

💬 For teammates

Dead players should stay quiet or say only the essentials, like "one at 10 HP by the bomb".

⚠️ When to save

If there is no chance (1v4 with no bomb and no time), it is sometimes right to save your weapon for the next round.
