The CS2 language is changed in Steam settings, not inside the game.

🔧 Changing the language in Steam

Open your Steam Library.
Right-click Counter-Strike 2 → Properties.
Go to General → Language.
Choose a language from the list.
Wait for the files to download and restart the game.

📌 Via launch options

You can also set the language with a launch option:

-language english

Replace english with the language you need, e.g. russian, ukrainian, german or turkish. It works if the files for that language are already downloaded.

🎯 English voices

Many players prefer the English character voices because they are used to them from CS:GO and tournaments. The simplest way is to pick English in Steam: both voices and the interface will be in English.

⚠️ If the language did not change

Fully close CS2 and Steam, then start them again.
Check whether -language is in your launch options — it overrides the Steam setting.
