3. For administrators

3.1

If an administrator seriously breaks the rules, their privileges may be frozen or removed. Unfreezing costs 500 or 1000 NDC depending on the privilege level and is paid from the site balance (promo codes do not apply). The amount may increase for repeated freezes. Frozen privileges may be removed completely if the administrator keeps breaking the project rules.

3.2

An administrator must keep evidence for every punishment they issue for 3 days. If there is no evidence when the punishment is appealed, it may be lifted. Exception: punishments issued by senior administration.

3.3

When a new rule is introduced, the administrator must notify the offender about the change once without punishing them. If the player keeps breaking the rule knowingly, punishment applies.

3.4

Banning for offences that relate only to voice or text chat is prohibited — only a mute applies to them.

3.5

An administrator must state a specific reason for a ban that the player can understand, and must use the player's current nickname when issuing a punishment through the website.

3.6

An indifferent or careless attitude towards players and the server is prohibited. The administration's main task is to keep the atmosphere on the project comfortable, so offenders must be punished promptly.

3.7

Using administrative privileges without need or a good reason is prohibited. Exception: actions that do not interfere with gameplay in any way.

3.8

A mute is issued only in the chat (voice or text) where the offence happened. If the offence is repeated in the other chat, the administrator may punish without a warning.

3.9

If an administrator breaks the rules themselves, they may be punished without a prior warning.

3.10

An administrator must behave reasonably and watch their actions and language.

3.11

Each separate offence must get its own warning.

3.12

If a player breaks the same rule again, the punishment term may be increased.

3.13

Before a ban or mute, the administrator must give the player at least one warning (a warning lasts about 2 days). Exception: rules whose minimum punishment exceeds 6 days — no warning is required for them.

3.14

Before punishing an offence in a nickname, avatar, clan tag or name tag (advertising, insults), the administrator must ask the player to change or remove it themselves.

3.15

When checking a suspect for cheats, the administrator must use a microphone. The administrator is not allowed to:

  • remotely access the player's PC;
  • send download links in private messages or ask the player to open files (only a link to the official check post is allowed);
  • ask for the player's personal data;
  • deliberately drag out the check;
  • behave inappropriately.

4. Other

4.1

For refunds, open a ticket. Refunds are only made to the site balance. No refunds are possible while privileges are frozen.

4.2

Bugs in custom (Workshop) maps are not considered server bugs or flaws. Using such a bug is punished only if it makes the map much easier or shorter. If the bug interferes with other players' gameplay or delays the round, the corresponding rules apply (1.2, 1.7).

4.3

Using the avatar or nickname of a project representative is not by itself impersonating the administration. It is an offence only when it is deliberate misleading backed by claims of being staff.

4.4

Deception and misleading means spreading knowingly false information that can significantly affect gameplay or a player's understanding of how the project works.

4.5

No warning is given for bypassing or evading a punishment.

4.6

A player must provide their Discord or Telegram within 5 minutes of being called for a check (the check procedure is described in section 5). Exception: if the player was previously checked by senior administration, they may decline a repeat check with its permission.

4.7

The project uses a precedent-based rule system that allows punishment without an existing rule (a matching rule is added afterwards). Senior administration may also issue a punishment for a term different from the one in the rules, depending on the severity.

5.2
